Pros

We do offer benefits: Starting pay is not bad: Its a clean environment: Lots of good employees. The employees make the difference not the employer. Discounts at the candy store.

Cons

Upper management is not fair. Rules are changed to benefit the company not the employees. During the busy season they work 7days a week. Including holidays for some. Example: B & C shift had to work night before thanksgiving. We wasn't able to spend time with our families, wasn't able to leave town, most folks didn't get off work until 3:15 a.m. Sanitation folks didn't get off work until 6:30 a.m. Thanksgiving day. I bet corporate had a chance to rest, travel, & spend time with their families. And if they took the night off to have family time they lost their holiday pay & told the supervisors to tell them that. Different positions are overated/underrated.

Pros

the attendance policy is very good you have plenty of excused days off to handle any personal matters that may arise.

Cons

seems like the people that work in the office look down their noses @ the production people, you are lucky if they look @ you in the hallways but forget it if u see them on the street

Pros

Working 4 days a week. Being able to communicate with team leaders and supervisors. The fact that they take health issues seriously.

Cons

Being sent home early when things are slow. Having to be at work at odd hours. Being seasonal being asked to do things that you have never done before.
