If I could go less than one star I would, alas that's the lowest I can rank this place on Glassdoor. Also the CEO listed as Tim on here is incorrect information. The CEO is Leo Russell. -CEO is toxic, self-centered, and a bully -If you get hired here you are the forced to sing a song on your first ever Monday morning meeting in front of the entire company, because the CEO thinks it's funny to haze people. -every other leader underneath the CEO just strokes his ego to stay employed -every week is started by a Monday morning meeting, and usually it's just the CEO yelling at the company -even if you perform well, you won't see a raise -toxic work environment -fired a ton of people, including someone who was actively going through cancer treatments, and then outsourced all the roles overseas or just left them as vacant roles. -CEO doesn't believe in management level roles, which are actually crucial to running a business. -they got rid of all perks after time went on, no more employee resource groups, or any extra little helpful programs/incentives for workers -HR, yeah what HR?

Workload can be heavy at times, pay wasn't great.
