      Pros

      If you enjoy diversity and a place that is open to work-life balance RU is a great place to work.

      Cons

      Change and advancement can take time. In certain areas RU lacks innovation. Sometimes RU treats its administrative staff as if they do not matter. Sometimes RU beauracracy gets in the way of progress and innovation.

      Generally nice people work here.

      Each department functions on their own. Very little out-of-box thinking or communication between departments that seemingly should be collaborating.
