      Pros

      Rutgers University is a great place to work and gives you access to many opportunities in various fields. Working with students in IT keeps you familiar with technological advances. Great benefits, especially for those looking to advance their education or have kids that are about to go to college.

      Cons

      Rutgers is a state university and many jobs are funded by state budgets. That means when the state encounters financial challenges, Rutgers employees may also be affected. Also, employment opportunities at Rutgers can be hard to land with increased competition for any open position.

      Minimal work Flexible Hours Could do whatever you want on your laptop (watch movie, play game, homework) when free

      Cons

      Not challenging Zero chance of raise Won't allow more than 20 hours without giving you hard time Depends on the boss but the ECS department has annoying management
