Pros
Great Science programs that are quickly growing. Good location, close to NYC, Princeton, PA, but away from the crowd. Very diverse campus, so no one feels like an outsider.
Cons
Pay and benefits are not good at all. Graduate student offices in some departments have limited resources and technology. If using the bus system, during the semester it is inconveniently crowded by undegraduate students, and during vacations, it runs every 30-45 minutes, so a 5 minute commute becomes a 1 hour or more commute. Finally, Livingston campus is depressing. The New Brunswick area also needs to continue evolving.
