      Pros

      This is a wonderful place to network with exceptionally influential people and everyone here treats you well.

      Cons

      Since the merger with Rutgers, policies involving benefits, salary, sick time, and vacation seem like they screw over the little guys.

      A very culturally diverse student and staff population. A comprehensive and fairly well-organized expository writing program; available resources.

      Cons

      Inadequate support for new, especially minority, part-time faculty. Contract renewal based primarily on student evaluation, with little/no opportunity to respond to student feedback.
