When/if (big if since they have no money to hire or give raises) hired they will tell you its a great place to grow with the company as the company grows, lol. I was here for almost 5 years and was laid off so the company could afford raises they promised people they would give this April and could not afford due to generating basically 0 business the past two years. No one got raises last year and if you did you were probably what they call a “C level” or related to the owner of the company. Thats another thing is most people with good positions are either related to the owner or someone on the board, or are family of one of the owners friends. They will tell you the owner is big on family and so is the company but they will not hesitate to lay you off without giving you reason knowing you have a family of your own that depends on you. The work environment here is extremely toxic. Many days you will see coworkers get berated like school children because thats the culture here. No adult should treat other adults the way I've seen people get treated here, and know if you stand up for yourself you will get fired. A certain C level has a dog that has bitten multiple people including a pregnant woman but nothing gets done because if you take action you will be on the wrong side and eventually get fired. Positions get terminated all the time and get “sent to india” leaving people scrambling to figure out their livelihoods. Don't fall for the lies, RXAdvance had some momentum in 2019/2020 but after they lost the biggest contract they ever had, they never recovered and it seems they’re too busy making sure Eternal Health (owners Daughters health plan) succeeds before RXA does.
