Pros
When starting at RxAdvance I was greeted by welcoming colleagues wishing me the best starting out in a new position. I am constantly encouraged to succeed and grow my skills and knowledge around the position.
The company offers a free catered lunch, daily, from locally owned restaurants in the area, in addition to providing snacks & coffee/tea in kitchens located on each floor. They also have a gym on site as well as offering a plethora of other benefits for employees to utilize to manage self-care, health, and other daily needs.
The CEO, Ravi Ika, is more involved with the company and present more frequently than the CEOs of any company I've ever worked with before. Also, the entire C-suite is involved in day-to-day operations and are consistently the first employees to arrive and get started on the day.
Cons
I have yet to encounter a negative experience while working here.
Sometimes the interview process seems a little lengthy and/or stalled.
