Pros

There were opportunities to work on multiple projects and different problem areas. The environment allowed exposure to real business use cases and delivery timelines. Good place to stay active and continuously engaged with work.

Cons

Senior leadership frequently pushed for extended working hours, which had a direct negative impact on work-life balance. Compensation was below market standards for the level of responsibility and expectations. Although there were architects and senior technical roles, the quality of technical guidance and knowledge sharing was not very strong. This made it difficult to grow technically at a senior level. Expectations were often driven by urgency rather than sustainable planning.
