Great Work Environment Chill, Laid back workplace Experienced mentors Very Diverse employee group The people here work very well with each other. We look to establish relationships with our coworkers instead of the hum drum of a day to day.

Cons

No assigned parking for interns. Compensation could be better but that is true everywhere. The payment system is monthly, so you have to know how to manage your checks wisely. While starting out, it can be difficult to get a grasp on the system, employee on boarding could be a tad bit more structured. But it is a start up!
