Pros
When I first joined Ryan seven years ago, I was very skeptical. At the time the company was growing insanely fast, which always presents a unique set of challenges. I decided to give the process a little time, and soon discovered the firm was made up of terrific people were committed to serving clients well and growing our overall business. With the benefit of hindsight, it’s hard to fathom how well things have turned out. We all get calls and opportunities to work elsewhere from time to time, but for me personally there isn’t another place I’d rather be. It’s also good to have a leader like Brint who is 100% committed to the business and taking care of his people. He genuinely cares about the company and is constantly looking for ways to refine and create the best possible working arrangement. Like most successful CEO’s he expects a lot out of his people, but he’s certainly generous and approachable in return. I’ve got a lot of confidence and trust that he’ll make the right decisions and lead our firm where it needs to go. Overall, this is a great company and culture to be a part of. It’s not perfect, but I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
Cons
Ryan isn't for everyone. If you are looking for a spot to blend in or just coast along its not really a great fit.
