Pros

Who wouldn't want to work for a company that is consistently growing in revenue, EDITBA, staffing and sucess overall! Not to mention, compensation, flex work options, medical benefits, cell phone reimbursements, gym memberships, great work location (attached to Galleria Mall) and smart and friendly colleagues. With the Dallas market booming, this company is going places and if you are driven and get the opportunity to join, do it!

Cons

Some departments do not participate in the myRyan flex work option and it doesn't seem fair since it isn't a policy that is used across the board.

Pros

Fiscally responsible, flexible workplace, numerous platforms to give and receive recognition and suggestions. Great culture.

Cons

Both healthcare options are still very expensive when covering a large family. If I was still single and 25 years old, the PPO plan would be perfect. I've had 3 kids since working for Ryan and now I am paying through the nose...why not just blow the competition out of the water in this area as well?

Pros

All levels of management are open to feedback, regardless of how insignificant you might think your issue might be. Culture of excellence throughout the organization. People live and love the company values. Continuous improvement in the Global Shared Services division.

Cons

My biggest gripe is with the numerous levels of approval required for purchases. I understand the need to tighten the purse strings and keep spending down, but now that we are fully transitioned to Workday, and each practice area has its own P&L, practice leaders (who are also company owners) should have greater authority over operational expenses. That being said, Ryan is a very well-run organization.
