Pros

I joined Ryan's team a few years ago and it has completely changed my life. It is a very professional environment led by talented, motivated, and ethical individuals. You are supported, rewarded to do your best, provided training/tools to increase your knowledge base, and has an environment that parallels team work and passion. In addition, it has allowed me to be a great parent; attending school/sporting activities with an incredible schedule and work life balance. I am very fortunate to have joined this company in their pursuit for growth while enhancing my life. I cannot thank Brint Ryan, the principals, team leaders, and team mates enough. Ryan has truly changed my life!

Cons

I do not have any.

Pros

I can't image working for another company in our industry. Ryan has created a first class culture that rewards employees greatly. As the CEO stated during the firm meeting, when employees are happy and thriving, excellent client service follows. I come to work every day excited and empowered to serve my clients. Every day is different, which keeps the work fun and exciting. The myRyan work environment works. Having the flexibility to work from home, all the while being measured on the results and value I bring to the firm, creates a work life balance that can't be beat.

Cons

No real cons to mention. Ryan seems to be listening to our feedback - potential improvements on the horizon that would take Ryan to the next level would be enhanced 401(k) and a permanent casual dress code for the office.

Ryan - A Great Place to Work

Pros

I guess I am considered a senior citizen, having work for the government for 31 years and I have been working for Ryan for 10 years now. I owe a lot to Ryan because they were willing to hire an older worker and give me a chance for a second career after I retired from the government. Working at Ryan is like heaven compared to working for the government because the people at Ryan make all the difference for me. I have met and worked with so many great people here at Ryan. It's just a pleasure working here. I keep saying I am going to retire again someday, but I just can't pull the trigger and do it, because I really love working here. We have a great CEO (Brint Ryan) and the best flexible workplace policy (myRyan) in the business. I'm a lucky man to be here working at Ryan. Thank you Ryan!

Cons

We could use a casual dress policy......just saying.
