Pros

Flexible work environment and ability to work remotely. Benefits are ok. You have a good parental leave option if you have been at the job for at least a year. They contribute to your 401k and pay for a portion of your cell phone bill.

Cons

For health insurance, you only have two options. You can either choose a HDHP or a PPO. The PPO is expensive and the out of pocket amount for one person is more than $2,500 a year which is a lot when the salary is already low. Depending on the team you are on, you may not have contact with anyone for weeks at a time besides submitting assignments. The work environment is busy and since you can work remotely and be busy all year, it can feel isolating. The starting salary even for individuals with graduate degrees are low. Depending on the team you are on, your bonus structure, that can be low as well. Also, their idea of help with student loan debt is telling you to refinance.

Pros

Ryan has great benefits and a strong focus on work/life balance. The managers I have encountered are respectful and encouraging.

Cons

The pay is a little low compared to other consulting firms. They stress the value of their benefits make up the difference between the competing salaries, however at the end of the day the paycheck is still lower.
