Pros

Excellent team structures, occasional freedom to work remotely. Bonuses are ephemeral but contingent on the amount of savings your team has secured per project.

Cons

Antiquated office space, occasionally long hours, often an overload of projects to attend to.

Pros

Brint Ryan had a vision for state tax services and made it happen in a very big way. The company has hired some of the smartest and most professional people that I have had the privilege of working with. Clients receive excellent service and the performance fee model for tax recoveries ensures they only pay a fee if they receive a benefit. Ryan has plans for future exciting growth so it is a great place to work if you have a driven and entrepreneurial spirit.

Cons

The people in the offices outside of Ryan's Dallas headquarters understandably (and sometime thankfully) get less attention than the people in Dallas.

Pros

Ryan is a good and flexible company. They take the time to train you and give you great experience. The ability to work from home is great. A lot of great coworkers as well.

Cons

Salary can be too low. They can get away with paying less by offering great non-tangible benefits. Can be discouraging to stay when you get offers from other places 20% higher than current salary after gaining a few years experience.
