Pros

There are so many pros I can't name them all. Maybe that's where the industry as a whole is headed, intangible benefits rather than cash. Whatever the case, I've enjoyed the firm's evolution over the last 20 years from the tangible as well as intangible benefits. We are definitely trying to continuously evolve, but we are no longer a small boutique firm. When a company is this size, change of any sort takes time (and effort).

Cons

Ownership is out of reach for many. There are exceptional professionals here that due their role, contribute indirectly to revenue. As such, bonuses will never be large enough to dream of ownership.

Great CEO But Some Challenges

Pros

CEO is extremely smart and a dynamic leader. As long as he is at the company, they will be in great shape. The best in the business at what they do. Would hire them them in an instant. Never been part of a company that was so completely focused on customer service and success. MyRyan is a great program and strongly supported by the CEO. Company is expanding rapidly and appears to have an extremely bright future. If you are on the service delivery side and you are good, there is a lot of room for advancement and compensation growth. The CEO is very available and actively solicits feedback. He may not always agree with comments, but he is always welcoming of them, considerate, and respectful. Business casual dress policy. CEO has high morals and it's reflected in the organization.

Cons

Not all leaders support MyRyan in the way they should COO seems to be more interested in things like producing a podcast than actually doing things that will have a meaningful impact on employees. Also, can be just insensitive and rude to employees. While I really like the head of the People Group, I'm not sure he's made as much progress with the culture as he should have. Feel like at times he's distracted by his personal branding (e.g. book tours, speaking at conferences). While culture is touted as important, it always takes a back seat to financial performance. You can be a terrible manager but if you are driving revenue, all is fine. Work/Life balance can be a challenge because of commitment to customer success. It's often tough to take a vacation without having to deal with work issues while off. Sometimes senior management (e.g. COO) treats employees in support areas as 'expenses' as opposed to valued resources.
