Pros

I love our bonus structure and our financial incentives. I also love the management team and the flexible work structure. I feel like I can really carry the experience I have from working here into my future career.

Cons

Sometimes the tasks can be monotonous / could be more client interaction / no option to work outside of Houston / overly formal work attire / cubicle life is a hard life indeed

Pros

Great benefits with flexible PTO. Has a national network like the Big 4. In my experience, big emphasis on client engagement which has helped my career. Excellent firm to start in right out of college and learn.

Cons

A lot of importance placed on their Dallas office (the headquarters) which doesn't always relate well to the other offices in their national network. Will only promote or give raises in one cycle during the year, which is inconvenient when you come in halfway through the year.

Pros

I love the myRyan flexible work environment. It's exciting to be a part of a company that is growing and makes a lot of great business decisions. The transparency of the financials at the company meetings is something I always look forward to.

Cons

Sometimes the my Ryan policy feels like you don't have the camaraderie of coworkers, because people won't spend time in the office. Although this is truly dependent on where you work. I don't think this should be changed, but I think more team events or even office events would be ideal. Especially when you are working for remote teams. The compensation can be below market rates depending on the practice you are in. You are valued strictly based on how much revenue bring to the firm. I just think the value one brings should be looked at more carefully.
