      Company president is engaged with employees and is constantly making efforts to get to know his people. Employees are very vocal about their political views so you'll fit right in if you pledge to one of two parties

      Cons

      Nepotism is widespread. College drop-outs who are relatives of employees are hired under the table and promoted to full-time employees over time.

      Free coffee and occasional snacks and breakfasts/lunches.

      Cons

      Employees are expected to work at least 50 hours per week. Time and effort is usually unappreciated. Constantly walking on eggshells to avoid public humiliation inflicted by superiors.
