      Pros

      Great atmosphere of employees, everyone gets along Socializing with Clients and Insurance Carriers was great Benefits were very reasonable, had great insurance 401k matching was great too

      Cons

      Really long hours (60-90+ depending on the season/time of year) Time and Quality of work are not necessarily appreciated by the VPs (depends on the VP) Can be a bit of a "boys club" Not a lot of room for upward mobility

      Pros

      Competitive pay, solid benefits, managers I have worked with are reasonable. Great location by the park. No micromanagement, so flexible work hours and vacation days are a blessing (for salaried employees over 100k).

      Cons

      Conservative company culture, lots of acquisitions over the years which is somewhat chaotic, but not truly a "con". Quite disorganized structurally, with potentially competing business segments under the same corporate umbrella. Exacerbated by having many different offices throughout the US.
