      Pros

      Young company with a lot of room for improvement. The paychecks didn't bounce.

      Cons

      Young company - improvement needed across all management. Constant acquisitions - somewhat disorganized. Communication was lacking between back office departments - specifically IT. IT continues to be completely unorganized/poorly managed - even after 3 CIOs in 3 years. Back off/Infrastructure staff not treated well by management or sales staff. Target dates are more important than people. HR is completely disconnected.

      Great management Work life balance was wonderful Very accomodating to my needs Coworkers are very nice Good office space

      Cons

      They have the worse chairs I've ever sat on. It was the first time in my life I've ever had back pain and it was severe. I'm passionate about how terrible those chairs were because they were that bad.
