      Pros

      Each office is its own microorganism so my experience will not hold true to everyone else's, however, I can say that I was brought on about a week before Covid-19 shut down the economy and RT has supported me throughout the entire process. They have awesome training and operations, and I cannot speak highly enough of the broker and account executive I work with. This is an amazing place to grow your career in an industry leader!
