      Pros

      No one really watches what you do. There is no feedback unless you do something wrong. There are good people there, but not in higher management.

      Cons

      Internal competition is confusing to clients. There is an atmosphere of "gotcha"...if you do well, no one says anything. Mess up, and you're on your way out...there is no "in-between" and no feedback. They need "bodies" so they hire just about anyone regardless of qualification and then expect the world. When they don't get it, there is no support...bring in the next "body".

      Doesn’t seem like there is much room for growth unless you become a license broker.

      nice people pay was ok great place to learn the business

      Cons

      wasnt a huge fan of how it was set up there were two assistants for one broker so sometimes things were repeated and there were times things were lost in translation
