I was hired remote and only had to come into the office, maybe four times in a year and a half.

Cons

The entire year and a half I worked for RT Specialty not a single person could tell me what the commission scale was what percentage we were getting or how we were paid.

The base pay is decent

Cons

Lack of communication, majority of job description does not match current job duties, no team goal discussions, no career path discussions, no investment in employee training opportunities however contractors receiving great training opps, mentally bored, senior level qualifications and experience and being treated as junior level, no creativity.
