      Good benefits, 401k, BCBS health insurance. Stable job.

      Cons

      No training, no growth, no opportunity for advancement. Everything is stagnant with no improvement in sight. Everything is old, outdated, and broken. Bare minimum raises each year, and no compensation for earning designations. The company keeps acquiring smaller companies on a regular basis, but they aren't fixing the problems that we are currently experiencing.
