Pros

The company is growing, so if you like that then you may like this company. However, the salaries, bonuses, and benefits do NOT reflect this growth.

Cons

Long hours, very early mornings (5 / 6 AM calls)

Pros

Health insurance. Literally nothing else.

Cons

Atrocious amount of work dropped on individual employees for terrible pay. Management will give you all the work that’s inhumanly possible while paying you the least amount of money. I am not the only person saying this by the way. This company is truly aweful in every way. I even heard a my manager laughing about how little he was paying a new hire that was new to industry. I left the company in February 2024 after having enough of the abuse as I couldn’t take it anymore. Thankfully I’m working for an excellent company now working remotely making 50% more with a reasonable workload and supportive team to boot!! I am very very happy now. Work shouldn’t be a nightmare and consume all your energy especially when you’re paid less than a janitor. Thank God I am done with the nightmare that is RT. If you are reading this don’t do it! Unless you know someone in management and they get you a cozy do nothing job because the nepotism is real there, otherwise run run run.

Pros

Great colleagues. Good starting pay. Decent bonus. Good company reputation within industry.

Cons

Growth opportunity is very contingent upon the team you end up on… if you end up on a team with larger revenues you’ll get paid more than someone on a smaller team doing the same job. Very tough to break off a team & start producing (it is almost discouraged). There’s a lack of good mentors/managers to help you grow internally and professionally. Pay is capped as an account executive. There is not really room to grow after a few years if you don’t want to produce.
