Local team is great to work with. Immediate boss / manager is great to work for / with - very supportive in all ways.

Cons

Lack of SOP. Lack of support from corporate office. Lack of sales / marketing materials. Lack of standardized processes & pricing. Many tasks require reaching out to WFH or support center employees... response times are getting worse and worse and the demeanor with response is becoming bitter. NO TRAINING PROVIDED.
