      -Great pay (Started at $43k, currently making $45.5k + OT) -Learn how to manage a location / branch -Managing assets and P&L -Fortune 500 company -Fantastic intro to sales if that's what you're looking for

      Cons

      On the rental side of the business there is really only one career path being sales. The large majority of people within the rental management program will relocate to different states to become account managers. A small portion can become location managers but the vast majority become account managers and then will either leave the company after a year or two in that role or promote into a lease salesperson.
