Pros

Time off. Given 2 weeks on the first day of employement.

Cons

This company is big on numbers. Everything is a number. Managment only worries if you are making your numbers or not. If on the operations side of things VMI will be death of you. Managers are frequently demoted or transferred to various locations if they don't make numbers. THE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM IS TRASH. You will not get any training besides computer training. After two years or so of the trainee program you will most likely be demoted to customer service coordinator position. RENTAL MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM IS TRASH TOO. You will end as sales account manager after your program. Very hard to move to location manager. There is no teamwork within department ie sales, rental, shop. In a nutshell this company is only descent for techs only bse diesel techs are hard to recruit.

Pros

They compensate you very well, and the mechanics are pretty down to earth. Other then that there's really not that to much else.

Cons

Everyone there is a backstabber in management. You can't trust no one. They act like they care about you but they don't. Make sure you only go there for your eight and then leave.
