The account that I am on is lousy, upper management cares nothing about you or safty

Pros

All account managers are not like mine, I have talked to some good ones, the company does not like to lose drivers they do what they can to keep you.

Cons

In the same sense they really need to find a better way to keep account managers in line with their policies because it is the managers that run good people off.
