      Management Only want yes men don't want anybody who has a brain. Your years of experience mean nothing compared to their degree

      I actually enjoyed my job but unfortunately Ryerson had a layoff.

      Pros

      The pay was decent. The schedule was also a plus. Though it was a little out of sorts when I began. By the time I was laid off we had really made some progress in my opinion.

      Cons

      The obvious reason of course. The layoff. I would also say management. But that’s my humble opinion.
