Do not grow organization. Poor upper management team in a bad market.

Pros

Great people to work with. Good training ground for new people in sales. Decent pay scale with some training for sales.

Cons

Will cut service to customer but stock price does not move. No training for service part of the organization. Pay raises for service end very rare.
