      Pros

      They are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling around school hours. Decent place for a high school or college student but forget about making a career out of this place.

      Cons

      Repetitive work that becomes very boring. There is a great deal of workplace gossip among the workers. There is no help provided from the other workers. Part-time employees get no benefits and they make sure to keep most people part-time. There's no such thing as scheduling a day off during the work week, it will result in points being assessed to your record.The pay could be a lot better.

      Pros

      The employees are awesome! There are some really good professionals here and the environment can be a fun place to work. The salary and benefits are good and the company is growing and prospering.

      Cons

      There's a lack of planning and communication causing disorganization. Managers tend to micromanage including upper management. There's not much trust shown below the managerial level. Good employee suggestions tend to ring over deaf ears. At times, the company can be "cheap" on acquiring needed resources.

      Pros

      There are a great deal of people who have worked for the company for a very long time, which says a lot about the company values. It's a tradition of trust and there are certainly strong ties to parent company: Genuine Parts Company. Great, competitive benefits. In recent years, there has been growth in the industry which is positive and has led to more promotions and/or job creation. Very much a team atmosphere in certain departments. Very stable.

      Cons

      The company is conservative, which could sometimes lead to feeling stagnant. Although in recent years, there has been a greater interest on doing/trying things differently, the company is still run by older men whom have been in the industry for decades so sometimes little innovation or change. Expectations are high and compensation is only decent.
