Toxic leadership and excessive hours without reward

Pros

Nothing really of notice. Nothing that was implemented ever changed the job for the better...only kept getting worse.

Cons

Shift changes with little to no notice, required to work 50-60 hours a week without any additional compensation. Leadership from executives down to distribution level was horrible. HR department was a joke.

Management is awful they like to blame the new hire for there some employees that are good but most shouldn't be working there at all try and find something else because its not a good place to work for a long time
