      Too old school. Management does not develop corporate employees well.

      Flexibility and autonomy is very nice

      Cons

      Very outdated systems and processes. Reporting is not reliable. Very siloed departments. Management is not focused on developing people, even when asked to take on bigger challenges or ask for additional training. Compensation is decent, all things considered. But 401k match program is wildly uncompetitive and parental leave is abysmal. Health benefits are fine.

      if you want a boring sweaty job this is the right place

      Pros

      You don't get to talk to your coworkers often and no customers obviously. If you want to have a repetitive job that is just carrying, picking, and organizing products like you're in a sorting game this job would be perfect.

      Cons

      You'll get tired while walking through and picking items off the shelves after one-two hours since you're expected to rush to hit your daily quota, and the fans or water won't help much either.
