Employees stay a long time, so advancement does not happen quickly.

Number 1. was the lack of training. In this particular office, the staff was very cliquey so I basically had to train myself. I had run into few people who worked here previously & they experienced the same thing, so it is a trend for this office. From some of the reviews, I see its still happening. Management was no help & was even the promoter of this behavior. Which brings me to Number 2. UnProfessional - Just a severely unprofessional workplace from the top on down. Bottom line is if you do not fall into their parameters of acceptance you WILL eventually become a victim of this haphazard calamity of unprofessionals. With all of the workforce laws out there, I am surprised this is allowed to continue here unchecked. No professional workplace would even remotely allow this. Perhaps they are unaware of what is going on or perhaps they don't care. Either way, its not a good company. Unless you are absolutely desperate I would look elsewhere.
