Cons

This is the worst company to work for . It is full of dirty politics, nepotism and micromanagement. You are never appreciated, but expected to work overtime every weekend. No bonus or pay raise. There is very high rate of employee attrition and no resources are replaced. This place is all about who you know and suck up to and good talent is absolutely wasted. RUN !!!!!!!!!!

Good starting pay with regular pay raises up to 2 years. Health insurance and 401k. Friendly employees Helpful supervisors Many employees have worked for the company for 10+ years.

Cons

Unfair treatment of employees with some being favored. Promotions are almost impossible. Long hours. High quotas. Constant criticism by managers. Hard workers not recognized. Management not open to new ideas to increase production.
