The pay there was adequate

Cons

Management is horrible from top-down. They bring in employees but then dont provide them with the tools and training to succeed. Company culture is underwhelming and extremely cliquey. If you dont fit in then you wont last long.

Pays well if you have been there a long time. Can be a good, steady job depending on which branch you work at.

Cons

Indianapolis branch is in a deplorable state. Equipment is often broken. The building is filthy. If you are unlucky enough to drive any of the lifts for extended periods of time you will find the floor is in such poor shape that the constant booming sounds of hitting the holes in the floor and the vibrations of the damaged lifts will make your work days nearly unbearable. Adherence to safety standards are questionable at best.
