Pros
There are a great deal of people who have worked for the company for a very long time, which says a lot about the company values. It's a tradition of trust and there are certainly strong ties to parent company: Genuine Parts Company. Great, competitive benefits. In recent years, there has been growth in the industry which is positive and has led to more promotions and/or job creation. Very much a team atmosphere in certain departments. Very stable.
Cons
The company is conservative, which could sometimes lead to feeling stagnant. Although in recent years, there has been a greater interest on doing/trying things differently, the company is still run by older men whom have been in the industry for decades so sometimes little innovation or change. Expectations are high and compensation is only decent.
