      Techs View on the Company

      -As many hours as you want -No shortages of work -direct first line supervisors care about their technicians

      Cons

      -Keep you in one area in order to use you consistently in similar jobs -can be a “good old boys” club type of company -senior leadership only cares about production and telling you what you want to hear, not following through
