No home work balance. Upper Management does not respect technicians. No unity. Quantity not quality of work is preferred.

Pros

Good reputation within the industry. Dynamic work environment. Knowledgeable principals.

Cons

Understaffed. Revolving door with little incentive to go above and beyond yet it is constantly asked of you. Does not incentivize remaining staff to stick around despite increased work demand. "Cost of living" increases do not cover inflation. Upper management continues to propose for work that cannot be covered by field staff. Middle management is burned out and doesn't seem to grasp the importance of morale. Ample internal career openings but no one replies when you apply.

Seek employment elsewhere unless you are starving. You come here to leave here. The coworkers are great. Unfortunately they make no decisions, corporate does.

Cons

Corporate leadership is lacking. Blind to everyday needs with each branch but they make most decisions. They aren't happy even when you meet goals or exceed them.
