      Pros

      When working in the office it was always positive energy. Everyone was helpful and willing to help out.

      Cons

      Corporate doesn’t care about the amount of hours you work. Sometimes you are working 60+ hours a week and other times you are struggling to reach your 40 hours.

      Pros

      When I worked there, upper management was wonderful.......but - see below

      Cons

      Awhile after I left, people retired, new people came in and people were let go. What has happened to you people!! I have heard bad things are happening there. I guess I left in time. Seems like things are going downhill, with upper management. I think you may have screwed up. Things can't always stay the same, but when you change things, make sure it is the right people!!

      Your feedback is appreciated. Change can be both exciting and scary, as it pushes each of us outside of our comfort zone. S&ME is changing. In 2019 new leadership was brought on board as we saw the retirement of our former CEO and CFO. We have a new five-year strategic plan that focuses on our culture, our people, our clients and partners, continued growth and profitability. We are working to centralize several of our processes, ensure consistency across our 30+ locations, and enhance communication and collaboration.       Pros

      Very good solid company. They are trying to grow from a mid-size firm to a large-firm. Great growth potential.

      Cons

      Went to what I thought would be my final job. Outside forces prevented that from happening. Started out as a mid-size company that acted like a small-size firm, with little bureaucracy. Now with the efforts to grow to a large-size firm, they lost some of the personal touch with their employees.
