      Overall the people in some departments are what make this company tolerable.

      Cons

      If you want to grow or want any work life balance, this is not the place for you. They will cake on extensive amounts of responsibilities to those who do their job well, and those who don’t are never held accountable. Leadership all the way up through corporate is extremely concerned with politics and retaining outdated systems. The pressure to meet unrealistic numbers turns good leaders into dictators and your worth to the company becomes all about how much profit you can make them.
