      Pros

      Great people and great opportunities if you're an honest hard worker. Easy to get along with others

      Cons

      there is a lot of pressure from upper management to constantly be billable, it can get a little stressful on slow weeks in the winter

      Pros

      Small group structure allows me to schedule most projects as I wish. You get benefits and 2 weeks vacation at your hire date.

      Cons

      A lot more travel than is advertised. When it's busy forget about your personal life. All that matters to the higher ups is profits. Not willing to negotiate time off, pay, etc. Have worked with professionals from other firms who view the company as a "stepping stone".

      Company provides truck, iPad, and will provide any necessary PPE without hesitation; job provides variety; company incentive program awards employees with cash bonuses when new certifications are achieved

      lack of communication within the company at the local level; members of management not on the same page; do not always provide proper training prior to performing a task on a job site
