      Pros

      The Indianapolis officer manager does his best to take care of the employees and create the best work life balance you can in such a demanding field. There is alot of room for growth and development in the field and the company pays for that growth.

      Cons

      Project managers were out of touch when I was there. You barely saw them and when you did they were making the corrections of thing that could have been handled weeks prior had they shown up. The equipment was aging or being shared. Big projects could sometimes be very stressful with little support on the project. Very long 12 hour days for six days a week, I was promised those days would be split between two techs but it never happened. Co-workers can lead to a lot of issues if they don’t want to work as a team.
