Pros
S&ME is a well respected company in the southeast. They get their fair share of big projects, so there is opportunity there for you. It still has a family feel to it even though it's a decent size company.
Cons
The revenue sharing or lack thereof is frustrating. Each office is basically its own mini-company and all of the offices that are in the same geographic market are competing against each other. They haven't updated their business model to reflect the size of the company. Finally, all of the decisions are made based on boosting the stock price. Most of the staff could care less about that and would prefer higher salaries and 401k matching.
