      Pros

      Small group structure allows me to schedule most projects as I wish. You get benefits and 2 weeks vacation at your hire date.

      Cons

      A lot more travel than is advertised. When it's busy forget about your personal life. All that matters to the higher ups is profits. Not willing to negotiate time off, pay, etc. Have worked with professionals from other firms who view the company as a "stepping stone".

      -Freedom to carry out tasks without nitpicking (if you are proficient). -Company vehicle and fuel.

      Cons

      -Not feeling valued by leadership. -Pay for me. Inconsistent hours for co-workers. -Lack of sincerity from leadership.
