      Everyone is very nice throughout the company, the managers are all helpful and it is enjoyable to go to work. The incentive is really good if your branch bonuses as well as the partner referral incentives. Clients are friendly for the most part, the products are excellent so it is a relief to stand by products you would actually use.

      Cons

      Lacks work/life balance, pay is a little low and the systems are old school. They could use a crm system, better internal site forums and operational support. The system needs upgraded to newer technology, we even still use a type writer to disburse treasurer's checks and money orders. CSR's have limited access to basic check ordering/debit card ordering procedures so unless you have a Personal Banker, it tends to be alot of extra work for RSA/Managers
