Company you should never encourage

Pros

Pros: Hard to find. Training is partially good.

Cons

Cons: You will find them when you step into the office. - Good compensations are provided when you join the company, down the line you will regret it. - Partiality and discrimination while allocating positions. - CEO big backdrop to this company. Never encouraging mentality. - No access to pay stubs and benefits. - Always greedy about money. You never know what is the bill rate and what percentage you are getting paid. - Two months salary withhold, if you get job through S2IT. CEO will mention this will be paid back after one year of service to S2IT. (Forget about it).

1.Experienced staff members 2.Supportive environment for personal and professional growth 3.Provides opportunity to learn quickly about a diverse range of Oracle Products 4.Exciting work. The conversion away from outdated technology, allows you to be part of things that you would otherwise not be able to do in a company this established

Cons

There are times of the year when deadlines approach and work becomes about 10 additional hours per week to meet them.

Pros

Small and friendly environment. Learning opportunity was good quick and all training is hands on. Fast Paced during seasonal months with a good salary. Company is extremely 'people focused' and I feel cared about as an individual

Cons

Not always the most organized company, but it's still changing in that regards.
