      A place for college Graduates to gain some experience Does some CSR activities helping the poor students

      Cons

      False Promises done by CEO and Higher Management Employment Bond Slavery which is against labor laws No Recognition, No proper pay People in main roles don't have personal and work place ethics and management doesn't care it Company works on Old Technology doesn't update Technology or Business, so scope of growth is less Worst thing is CEO says that employees should sacrifice everything for Company sake but he doesn't care for employee wellness
