Pros

Fairly good conditions if you get to work with the right manager, nice canteen, nice area, most of the folk are ok

Cons

Don't go there. You'll get nowhere and and some of the managers/supervisors are nuts. They don't share peoples own knowledge base from previous experience. Its like starting all over. Plenty of nepotism there....lot of dead wood and managers who cannot manage....

Great customer base and a technology based company that values engineers. Flexible working conditions - willingness to give and take.

Your specific work may be more a function of business need and timing more than being based on career development and what you're interested in. You need to fit in with what's needed at the time.
